MISSION STATEMENT
The German Pinscher Club of Canada is dedicated to the Health, and preservation of the German Pinscher in Canada and abroad. We are committed to educating our members, breeders and the public on all aspects of our breed.
APPLICATION FOR MEMBERSHIP
I,_____________________________________________________(full name) of____________________________________________________(mailing address) and _____________________________________________________(phone-email) wish to apply for membership to the German Pinscher Club of Canada, herein after referred to as "The Club".

I am currently a member of or in good standing with the Canadian Kennel Club ________________(membership number). I hereby state that I have had no disciplinary actions filed against me or against my kennel within that or any other registry.
I am being sponsored for membership into "The Club" by ______________________________________________________(members name) herein after referred to as "sponsoring member" and have enclosed a letter of sponsorship from that sponsoring member on my behalf.
I have read and understood and agree to sign "The Club's" Code of Ethics and agree to sign the same to remain a member in good standing with "The Club".
I agree to pay the initial membership fee of $40.00 and will agree that annual dues will be paid yearly with the fiscal year being January 1st to December 31st to the amount of $25.00. I further agree that upon renewal of the annual dues, I will renew my signature with "The Clubs" Code of Ethics. Upon acceptance into "The Club" a welcome packet will be issued along with a GPCC membership card for identification. The packet will include a current membership roster with contact information for the current membership.
I have enclosed a brief letter written and signed by myself, outlining my reasons for wanting to be accepted as a member of "The Club"

Please print this application and fill out completely (in clear print) and sign where required before a witness. You must include a signed copy of the CODE OF ETHICS. Mail to the GPCC Membership Chair along with a check or money order for the annual membership dues (made payable to The German Pinscher Club of Canada) and the required documents. If application is rejected, a letter stating the reason for such rejection will be forwarded to the applicant, along with the refund of the dues paid in advance.
